This User Agreement governs the use of the Feelix Media Database, provided at feelix.world. By accessing and using the Media Database, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
This agreement applies to all images, videos, logos, documents, and other content ("Media") provided in the feelix.world Media Database.
2.1. All content provided in this Media Database is protected by copyright and is the property of Feelix or Thomas Leberer.
2.2. Use of the content is permitted exclusively within the framework of the following provisions.
2.3. The copyright remains in any case with Feelix or the respective rights holders.
3.1. The contents may only be used for the following purposes:

3.3. The media may not be used for commercial advertising, sales promotion or third-party products without prior permission.
4.1. Modification of content: It is not permitted to edit, alter or falsify the media, in particular by cropping, overlays or other graphic modifications.
4.2. Commercial use: Use for commercial purposes, especially in advertising, merchandising or product placements, is only permitted with written permission.
4.3. Abusive use: Use of the content for illegal, discriminatory, offensive or defamatory purposes is prohibited.
4.4. Damaging use: Use in a way that damages the reputation of feelix.world or Feelix is prohibited.
5.1. Feelix or feelix.world must be cited as the source each time the content is used.
5.2. If a copyright notice is included in the media, it may not be removed or obscured.
5.3. Recommended source indication:
6.1. The distribution of the media to third parties is only permitted in direct connection with Feelix. The content may not be used for other projects, products or services.
6.2. Redistribution on other platforms, websites or media archives is not permitted, unless it is journalistic reporting about Feelix.
6.3. Mandatory source indication: Any use or distribution of the media must be accompanied by a clear source indication (see section 5.3).
7.1. Access to the media database is public and for registered users.
7.2. If registration is required: "Registration is required to access the media database. By registering, you agree to this user agreement."
7.3. If download approval is required: "Confirmation of the terms of use is required before downloading."
8.1. Feelix reserves the right to change, restrict or block access to the media database at any time.
8.2. There is no claim to access or permanent provision of the content.
9.1. Feelix assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the media provided.
9.2. The use of the media is at your own risk. Feelix is not liable for damages or claims of third parties arising from the use of the media.
Feelix reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the website. Users are requested to inform themselves regularly about updates.
11.1. If a violation of these terms of use is detected, Feelix reserves the right to:
11.2. Unauthorized use may result in blocking access to the media database or claims for damages.
12.1. These terms of use are subject to the law of Switzerland.
12.2. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is the registered office of Feelix in Switzerland.
12.3. Should individual provisions of this agreement be ineffective or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
